All fees are covered by us—the price you see at checkout is the final price.
3. How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch within 1 working day.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–3 working days.
4. Do you deliver within the UK?
Yes—we ship nationwide across the UK 🇬🇧
5. Are there any delivery restrictions?
We currently ship within the UK only.
Depending on the products and quantities your order we may need to split shipping your order across multiple packages.
6. Do you provide tracking?
Yes. All orders are sent via Royal Mail with full tracking provided once dispatched.
7. Is there a limit per order?
To keep things fair, you can purchase a maximum of two of the same product per order.
8. What is your returns policy?
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
